24 Feb 24- Feb - 2020 “Eat well and lose weight”, an event that we are extremely proud of. It took place, February 2020. The conference was split into two main sections. The first one was targeting the public and aimed to raise awareness about the importance of proper, moderate and balanced diets that lead to healthy weight loss. As well as pinpointing the importance at avoiding fad diets and opting for gradual modification in habits that lead to a healthy lifestyle that can be maintained for a long duration. Such modifications include portion control, increasing activity levels, staying hydrated and good sleeping patterns. We have been testing this method in our clinics, facebook page and whats app groups and took people's feedback and reviews at the event and it was beyond amazing. We were told that the fact that they are not deprived and eat in moderation gives them the energy and motivation to continue on their journey to wellness. The second part of the conference was targeting nutritionists and doctors that are in the nutrition field. We spoke about optimum ways to spread the call in order to benefit patients. Through balanced diets, health coaching and calling out fad diets and harmful diet drugs. We had attendees from our nutrition courses and others that we met for the first time. It was a fruitful event that ended with a long session of questions and answers which was super beneficial and very interactive.
